How are our branded umbrellas produced?
Branded umbrella suppliers in the UK hold stock of frames in all shapes and sizes. Because the printing on the panels can be quite intricate this allows then to be able to print the panels flat and sew them to the frame after printing. This allows for a much greater degree of flexibility and some absolutely stunning artwork can be reproduced. There are of course ‘ready made’ umbrellas where panels are printed directly onto the finished product, but these tend to be at the budget end of the price spectrum. Generally print colours are restricted to 1 or 2 because the ‘ready made’ umbrella doesn’t lend itself to multicoloured printing.
What about lead times?
Branded umbrellas are available on very short lead times if you need a smaller quantity or are in a hurry to get them. With a choice of 400 different styles available in the UK from traditional branded golf umbrellas to inverse umbrellas, light up, singing and even special dog walker umbrellas (yes…they actually have a roll of poo bags in the handle!). If you have the foresight to plan and need 250 pieces or more we do have a superb overseas manufacturer who can offer all the styles but at much lower cost to you.
