Customer 1: Cpase – An Exclusive Health Club
The Brief:
Cpase came to us with a requirement to buy 1000 marble effect personalised metal water bottles for their luxury gym and health club in Cheshire. The bottle they selected was widely available in the UK marketplace and had a selling price to Cpase of £12- £13. This was not a bespoke product and came in a standard black box.
Parkers Branded Suggestions:
We suggested to our client that we should re-design the bottle, making it totally bespoke. This meant creating a printed box and manufacturing the bottles especially for them.
With a little expert sourcing we managed to obtain several different prices depending on lead time. By sourcing overseas, the price to Cpase was quoted at £6 per unit by sea (on 3 months delivery) or £7.15 per unit by air (on 5 weeks delivery). Cpase enthusiastically purchased and chose the air freight option to help them meet their deadlines. Both the bottle and box were manufactured together to arrive ready for Cpase to hand out to their customers.
Cpase have had some excellent feedback from their customers about the quality and practicality of the bottle. They have also given us some great feedback and recommendations which we are delighted with.
Customer 2: Acticare – a leading supplier of care home essentials
The Brief:
Acticare recently enquired about finding a high quality and useful loyalty gift for their customers. They were interested in water bottles but didn’t think they would have enough budget to buy the 1000 they needed, especially as the UK market price was £7.40 per unit. One of the other main requirements was that they did not want just a ‘stock’ purple water bottle. They required a bottle that was pantone matched to their specific brand colours, with one colour printing on top of that.
Parkers Branded Suggestions:
We manufactured a bottle to Acticare’s exact pantone-match requirements, obtaining a price that was well under budget at just £4 a unit. This excellent price was based on 1000 pieces sourced overseas and arriving by sea freight.
Acticare were delighted with the end product and so were we. We are currently talking to Acticare about producing other promotional gifts.
